The routes of Veneto

Your trip kicks off in the heart of the Prosecco hills. From here you can choose from three unique routes and see this region from every angle. So let’s go! Each day you’ll have the choice to ride on your own (with your digital roadbook & GPS) or to follow your guide and enjoy the group atmosphere!

Itinerary

The order of the routes in Veneto is flexible. If you’re riding solo, you can choose your own itinerary. If you’re riding with a group, our guides will select the best route each day, taking into account the weather and the group’s riding experience, to ensure everyone has a smooth and memorable journey.

Your stay

Welcome to Hotel Ca’ del Poggio **** tucked away in the heart of the scenic Prosecco hills. This place offers the perfect escape into nature, providing a serene haven to unwind and recharge after discovering the surroundings on your Vespa.

You’ll stay in comfortable rooms and can cool off in the pool, squeeze in a workout or simply relax in the hotel’s wellness area. In the evening, enjoy a delicious dinner at the on-site restaurant or head out to one of the nearby villages for a local bite and a glass of Prosecco.

YOUR VESPA

Throughout your trip in Veneto, you’ll have your own 125cc Vespa at your disposal. You’ll receive it the morning after your arrival and return it on the last evening. The Vespa is yours for the entire trip, even during the evenings.

If you want to receive your Vespa earlier, or want to keep it a bit longer, you can choose the Early Pick-Up and/or the Late Drop-Off. With those options, the Vespa is yours from 2pm on your arrival day and/or you can return it at 2pm on your departure day (€ 50 per option).

Can I drive the Vespa solo?

The prices are calculated based on two people sharing one Vespa. If you would like to drive solo, there is a supplement of € 130 per single driver (per person).

DRIVING LICENSE

To ride a Vespa in Italy, you need to have a valid car (B) or motorbike (A) driving license and be at least 18 years old. Please note: the AM license is not valid for this trip. The passenger on the back doesn’t need to be 18 or have a driving license.

Do you have a European driving license? Perfect, that’s all you need!

If your license is non-European, you’ll need to apply for an international driving permit before the trip.

START-TO-VESPA

Never ridden a Vespa or scooter before? We highly recommend taking the Start-to-Vespa class. On your arrival day in Veneto, your guide will provide all the essential information plus an introductory lesson to help you get comfortable with riding and to ensure you can drive safely in Italian traffic.

After the lesson, you’ll have your Vespa for extra practice and to start exploring at your own pace. This class costs €50 per person.

GPS

The designed routes of Veneto are preloaded on a GPS device, which you can easily attach to your Vespa’s steering wheel. With this GPS (+ €30) you’ll discover the most scenic roads and stop at the most beautiful hidden gems along the way.

FOOD

Daily breakfast is included in the price. For a lovely lunch or dinner, we recommend some of our favorite restaurants, all listed in the Travelbase app which you can download after your booking. In the hotel, or nearby the home base of your Vespa trip, you’ll find plenty of cozy restaurants, local gems and nice bars.

VESPA WAIVER

Your Vespa automatically includes insurance for damage to third parties. For coverage of damage to your own Vespa, you can choose between two options. You may opt for the Vespa waiver at €89 per Vespa, which brings your liability to €0 and requires no deposit. If you prefer not to take the waiver, a €500 deposit will be required, for which you are fully liable in the event of damage.

About a month before departure, you’ll receive an email where you can select the option that suits you best.
